Do I have to complete all of the parts of the course at once?

• No, you have 10 consecutive days to complete the 8-hour Alcohol and Drug School course and/or 4 consecutive  days to compete all other courses.  If you leave the course after you have finished a section, your work will be saved.  When you return to the course, you can start where you left off.  The timeframe for finishing a course begins at the time of purchase.

Will I need to take a test to pass the course?

• Yes, you will need to complete all of the course tasks.  Then, you will take an open note final test.  You must get 70% of the answers correct on the final test to receive the certificate. 

When will I receive my certificate of completion?

• You will receive your certificate via email within a 5 business days of completion.

What is included on the certificate of completion?

• Your name, the date, course title and description, and facilitator signature.

Does the certificate of completion expire?

• The amount of time that the certificate is accepted is determined by the court. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

• Currently we accept credit and debit cards.

Is the information I submit through this website secure?

• Yes, you will have a unique login and password. 

Are courses available in Spanish or any other language?

• Courses are provided in English but many students have successfully utilized the free Google Translate tool built into the Google Chrome web browser. Learn more about utilizing this tool by visiting https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/173424  and reading the "Translate webpages in Chrome" section. If you do not use the Google Chrome web browser, or do not wish to use its built-in functionality, you can utilize Google Translate as a web service by visiting https://translate.google.com .

Whose responsibility is it to ensure the course meets state requirements and provides documentation to the court?

• It is the sole responsibility of the individual to ensure the course meets their state/courts requirements and to provide proof of completion to any referring agency or court.

For which state do these courses fulfill the obligations of the court?

• These courses are not state specific and is intended to be used nationally.  Check with your state and local court's guidelines.

Who can take these courses?

• These courses can be taken by anyone.

Can I get a refund?

• There will be no refunds for any reason.  It is your responsibility to ensure you complete the course after registration.

What documentation will I receive to take to the court after I complete a course?

• Within 5 business days of completing the course, you will be emailed a certificate of completion, after passing the exam, that you may print or electronically submit to the court. 

What technology is required to take this course?

• You will need an updated computer, tablet, or phone.

What grade do I need to get the certificate for this course to take it to the court?

• Final test passing grade is 70%.
